Chanel Perfume Return Request


I recently purchased a Chanel product from Sephora Online, only to discover that its production date is from 8 years ago. I immediately emailed Sephora about this issue, but it's been 13 days, and I haven't received any response whatsoever.
It seems this matter might need to be escalated to Consumer Rights. This kind of treatment is absolutely unacceptable. There's no justification for selling such expensive products and then leaving customers in the lurch like this.
I'm frustrated and disappointed by the lack of customer service and the potential sale of an outdated product. This situation needs to be addressed promptly.
