Chanel Coco Perfume from Sephora Lacks Longevity – No Response After Complaint



I purchased Chanel Coco perfume from Sephora, but I was disappointed to find that the scent doesn’t last. I reached out to customer service to explain the issue, and they asked me to send photos of the perfume via email, which I promptly did on May 8, 2024. However, despite waiting a month and a half, I’ve received no response or resolution. I expected better service and product quality, especially for such a premium item. This experience has left me questioning whether I’ll ever buy perfume from Sephora again. I urge Sephora to address this issue and provide a prompt resolution for my complaint.
