Order No: 8003933529 – I purchased a Chanel perfume from Sephora’s online store on January 16, and it was delivered on January 18. However, when I opened the box, I immediately noticed that the batch code on the bottle did not match the code on the box—both codes should be identical, but they were completely different. Additionally, the manufacturing dates did not match, raising concerns about the product’s authenticity.
To make things worse, the perfume cap does not open properly and wobbles, making it impossible to use. I contacted Sephora customer service, requesting an in-store exchange, but as expected, they redirected me to an email process instead of offering real help.
I have received a defective, unused product, yet Sephora refuses to replace it. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate my complaint to Consumer Rights authorities. Sephora, I expect a proper resolution—replace this faulty product immediately!
