Chamspy charged me without consent, how can I get refund and cancel subscription?

If Chamspy charged you without consent;

• Contact Chamspy support immediately via email or their official website support form and state that an unauthorized charge was made
• Provide your account email/username, charge date and amount, transaction ID (if available), and screenshots or bank statement showing the charge

Ask them to;

• Explain why the charge occurred without your approval
• Cancel the subscription immediately and disable auto-renewal
• Refund the unauthorized payment and confirm no future charges

If the problem persists;

• Keep all emails, screenshots, and payment proofs
• Cancel the subscription directly via the App Store / Google Play / payment provider used
• Contact your bank or card issuer to dispute the charge and block the merchant

File a complaint on Xolvie to seek a refund and stop further billing
