Unauthorized Champsy Charge After Cancellation – Refund Request

Today, 24/07/2026, I was charged 86.99 NZD by Champsy, even though I had already cancelled my subscription the day before. I cancelled the subscription straight away and I have a confirmation message showing that the subscription was cancelled, yet the payment was still taken from my account today. I request that the full amount of 86.99 NZD be refunded and transferred back to my account immediately, as I cancelled in time and did not use the service after cancellation. I ask you to review this situation urgently and return my money without any further delay.
