Chamspy Charged Me After I Requested Cancellation

I subscribed to Chamspy to use its phone number lookup service, but I have been unable to cancel my subscription. The website does not provide any option or button to cancel the membership, leaving me with no way to end the subscription.

Today, Chamspy charged $44 to my Garanti Bank debit card. Before this charge was processed, I had already contacted the company by email through Gmail and requested that my subscription be canceled. Despite my request, the charge was still processed, and my subscription remains active.

I am requesting the immediate cancellation of my Chamspy subscription and a full refund of the $44 charged to my Garanti Bank debit card. I ask that this matter be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
