Chamet’s official terms are very strict: all purchases are generally final and non-refundable, even if the diamonds (or virtual goods) you paid for didn’t appear.
There are only a few exceptions: when the whole system fails and can be proven, or when there are problems with coupons from authorized sellers, account credits are sometimes given instead of cash refunds.
Outside of a very short window, Chamet doesn't take responsibility for mistaken payments (like using the wrong User ID). Once transactions are complete and virtual things are sent to any account, it's almost impossible to get them back.
