Chamet Withdrawal Delayed After Metwallet Transfer

I made a $10 withdrawal from the Chamet app. This amount was transferred to a payment channel called Metwallet and sent from there to be deposited into my bank account. However, during the transfer process, $2.50 was deducted. After more than one full day, the money still had not reached my bank account, and when I checked Metwallet, the balance showed $7.50.

When I reported the issue to the app’s representatives, they failed to provide any satisfactory solution and instead used stalling tactics. More than the amount of money itself, I see the mistreatment of users and these misleading practices as the real problem.
