I Request Refund for Wrong Payment on Chamet App
Good evening. On the Chamet app, at 01:35 today, I mistakenly transferred ₺389.99 to my account. This payment was not intentional, and I realized the error immediately after the transaction was completed. Since then, I have been trying to find a way to contact support and request a refund, but there is no clear process within the app for handling accidental payments.
This situation has left me in a very difficult financial position because that money was my last available balance, and I need it to cover essential expenses until the end of the month. I have no other funds to rely on, which makes this request urgent. I trusted Chamet with my payment information, and I expect the company to have safeguards in place for mistakes like this, especially when the transaction occurred so recently.
I am asking Chamet to process a full refund of the mistaken payment without further delay. Please take this complaint seriously and return the money to my account as soon as possible, as I cannot afford to be left without it.
