This payment was not intentional, and I realized the error immediately after the transaction was completed. Since then, I have been trying to find a way to contact support and request a refund, but there is no clear process within the app for handling accidental payments.
This situation has left me in a very difficult financial position because that money was my last available balance, and I need it to cover essential expenses until the end of the month. I have no other funds to rely on, which makes this request urgent.
