Chamet Fails to Protect User From Harassment During Paid Chat Interaction

I am writing to report a harassment incident I experienced on Chamet involving a user with the username “Cute cutie roy,” whose profile indicates she is from India. During a chat at around 9:00 PM, this user harassed me using abusive language and profanity in a way that I found very disturbing.

The harassment lasted only a few minutes, but it was serious enough to make me feel uncomfortable and unsafe while using the platform. After the incident, I reported and blocked the user through the Chamet app.

However, I am still not satisfied with the situation because I had already spent money and coins on Chamet during this interaction, and I do not want to feel that my time and money went toward an abusive experience.

I respectfully request that Chamet review the chat records and the behavior of the user “Cute cutie roy” around 9:00 PM and take strict action against this account, including blocking or suspending the user so that I do not have to encounter this person again.

I also request that the money and coins I spent related to this interaction be refunded to my account. In addition, I would like to be clearly informed about the outcome of your investigation and the actions taken against this user. I expect the platform to protect its users from harassment and ensure that such behavior is not tolerated.
