Chamet Missing Diamond Return Not Credited
I am a Chamet user and I am writing because my diamond consumption return for 20 June 2026 is missing. On that date I should have received a return, but it was not credited to my account and it is not showing in my return consumption records. I contacted Chamet support about this issue, but they are not providing any clear or proper answer regarding the 20 June 2026 return. They only said that the return is after 30 days of recharge, but they did not address my specific return that should have been processed on 20 June 2026, and they have not responded properly to my messages since then. I request that Chamet immediately checks my account and transaction history for 20 June 2026 and credits the missing diamond return to my account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of why this return did not appear in my return consumption in the first place.
