Chamet Payment Dispute — I Can’t Access the Product or Service
I made a payment of $150 to Chamet through an online purchase on January 29, 2026, using my bank card. I do not clearly know what was purchased or how it is supposed to be used, and I am unable to benefit from the service or product in any way. Because of this, I do not want this transaction to continue and I want my money back.
I live in Istanbul, Türkiye, and I have not yet been able to get support or a clear explanation about this purchase. Since I cannot use or understand the product or service related to this charge, I request that the payment of $150 made on January 29, 2026 be fully refunded to my card as soon as possible. I kindly ask you to review this transaction and return my payment without causing any further loss of time or grievance.
