I Face Gift Refund Problem on Chamet App After Accidental Sending
About a month and a half ago, while using the Chamet video chat app, I accidentally sent a large number of virtual gifts to someone I did not intend to. The transaction was made from my account using my username and ID, and I was located in Mersin at the time. I no longer have an active membership with Chamet, but in the past, I purchased packages within the app, which made this gift sending possible.
Since these gifts were sent by mistake, I am requesting a full refund or reversal of all the items I sent. I have no clear information about whether Chamet has a refund policy for accidental gift transactions, but this situation has caused me financial loss and frustration. I already reached out for help, but I have not received any clear guidance on how to resolve the issue.
I am asking Chamet to review my account history, verify the mistaken transactions, and promptly refund the balance for the gifts I sent. Users should not be left without recourse when accidental actions occur, and I expect Chamet to provide a fair solution without further delay.
