Chamet Unauthorized Diamond Charges After Account Hack

I am writing about a serious security and payment issue I experienced with my Chamet account. My bank card was saved in my Chamet account, and on 21/09/2026 my account appears to have been hacked. After this, many diamond recharges were made without my permission, and again today more unauthorized purchases were done. In total, around 528.006 Omani Riyal was spent from my card without my consent. I immediately contacted Bank Muscat about these suspicious transactions. The bank informed me that the money is currently blocked on their side and that I must urgently contact Chamet, because the issue is related to the Chamet app and they cannot help further without action from Chamet. For this reason, I am now reaching out formally. I have also saved and attached several screenshots from the Chamet “Recommended Recharge Status” screen that clearly show the dates, transaction numbers, amounts and statuses of these unauthorized diamond purchases. I request that Chamet urgently investigates this hacking and the unauthorized diamond purchases on my account, cancels these transactions, and refunds the full amount of approximately 528.006 OMR that was spent without my permission. I also ask you to secure my account and remove my saved bank card details from Chamet so that this kind of problem cannot happen again.
