Chamet Unauthorized Payment Needs Immediate Refund
I previously experienced an unauthorized charge from the Chamet app on my bank card, and the same issue happened again just a few days ago. The most recent transaction occurred on June 22, 2026, at approximately 3:34 PM, and a pending charge of $18 now appears on my VakıfBank debit card. Even though I deleted my Chamet account, unauthorized transactions have continued. I did not authorize or approve this purchase, nor did I make any purchase through the app.
The transaction is currently listed as a pending authorization in my bank account, and I have the transaction receipt as evidence. I request that Chamet immediately refund the unauthorized $18 charge, permanently remove my card information from its systems, and provide me with a written explanation of how this unauthorized transaction occurred.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I intend to report the matter to the appropriate authorities, including filing a formal complaint with the relevant government agencies.
