Chamet App Lag Caused Gifts to Go to Wrong Account
On the morning of November 2, 2025, while trying to send a gift to a friend on the Chamet app from my Android device, I accidentally sent a large number of gifts to another user (Özcan3461). My username is 61Blacktiger61 and my ID is 41408085.
I sent approximately 50 sets of the 18-piece “Holding Hands” gift (a total of 1,484,000 diamonds) and around 30 sets of the 18-piece “Finger Heart” gift (each worth 6,984 diamonds). I made the gift transfer through a group; the group name is 🌊Black Sea 🌊🇹🇷 and the group ID is 1182550. The app was lagging while I was sending the gifts, so I wasn’t able to pay attention to the profile picture, and the gifts were sent to the wrong person by mistake.
I reported the situation to Chamet customer service, but no solution was offered. I am requesting that the mistakenly sent gifts be removed from the other user’s account and refunded back to my own account.
