I am writing regarding a serious issue with my Chamet account linked to the email address aniamm***@gmail.com.
Approximately 20 days ago, I deleted my account on my Android device, and I would now like to recover it along with the balance that was in the account. Since then, I have tried to contact Chamet support, but I have not received any response.
I am very concerned about losing both my account and the balance it contained. I kindly request assistance in restoring access to my account, if possible, along with my remaining balance.
If recovering the account is not technically possible, I request that my in-account balance be refunded or otherwise compensated. I am ready to provide any additional information required to verify my identity and ownership of the account.
