I Deeply Regret My Decision to Purchase CFMOTO 250SR Motorcycle

My new shiny new CFMOTO 250SR motorcycle is yet to come, can't wait to put it through its paces. Once I learned that I also needed the T-box, my excitement rapidly morphed into frustration. T-box, an optional component that should come standard with the product, was not included in my order and so should not have cost me anything extra. The motorcycle has built-in navigation, and I planned to use it purely for that purpose, connecting it to my phone via Bluetooth so that I could follow my route without any interruptions. Surprisingly, though, I was advised to buy a separate product if I wanted this basic feature. Given that I'll need to make an additional purchase, I'm starting to second-guess my choice to acquire a CFMOTO motorcycle. For our purchases to truly satisfy us as customers, there shouldn't be any hidden fees or costs that we have to pay out of pocket.
