Hello, regarding the wiring done by the authorized service of CFMOTO in İzmir (there is no invoice or similar document related to any changes in the wiring on the chassis number), I had the wiring done after filing a complaint with "Uğur Motorlu Araçlar". I am now experiencing issues with the engine cutting gas, stalling, and shutting off. Additionally, I'm facing problems with the headlights not working and being unable to start the engine while in gear. When I took it to another service, I was informed that the wiring had likely not been replaced but only revised. Moreover, until I took the bike to the service for wiring replacement, I had no issues with my headlights, but now they are not working. The service allegedly claimed there was a problem with the headlights and, in an attempt to repair them, cut the lower plastic, damaging it, leaving the wires exposed, creating an unsightly mess, and causing the headlights not to work, as shown in the attached photos. Another service informed me that the factory refused to replace the headlights, which should have been covered under warranty, due to this damage. Furthermore, when I received the bike from the service, the kickstand switch had been removed, and the left mirror was placed on the right side (likely from another bike). I made a payment of ₺30,000 via wire transfer/EFT for the wiring. Despite repeatedly calling "Uğur Motorlu Araçlar" over the past two months regarding the issues and the poor service I received, I have yet to receive any response from the İzmir regional representative. My motorcycle has been in this condition for 3-4 months, and due to school exams and other reasons, I have been unable to deal with it. I request that this issue be resolved urgently and that I receive a response as soon as possible.
