Hello. I am the third owner of a CFMOTO 625 Touring 4x4 EPS, which I acquired when it had 2030 km on it. The first two owners were my relatives. At 2110 km, while driving on a flat road, the rear differential disintegrated. A video of the issue is attached. I do not understand how a motor with just 2110 km could have a differential failure. I would appreciate your assistance with this matter.
I handed over the ATV to the authorized CF Moto service, Suat Çifci, about one and a half months ago. We waited for two weeks for the part to arrive. Once the part arrived, we waited another two weeks for the motor to be disassembled. After a total of five weeks, I was informed that the part did not fit. Are you not overseeing your authorized services? What is your service duration? This week marks the sixth week, and the motor is still not repaired.
I request that necessary actions be taken immediately. As a large and reputable company, CFMOTO's poor performance and lack of oversight of your services is unacceptable.
