I bought a new black CF450L ATV model from 2022 in February 2023, and the plastic pieces have been scratched since the day I bought it. Even untouchable spots have permanent scratches. Despite not keeping the ATV in open locations and cleaning it with a sponge, all plastic pieces are scratched. During the first maintenance, I opened a service record and contacted U*** Motor Vehicles customer support, but they said it wasn't covered by the guarantee. If this is the situation after the first year, I'm concerned about the vehicle's body's longevity in the coming years. If others have had a similar experience, I encourage them to file complaints and open records; the manufacturing plant will take notice.
