Incomplete and Delayed Delivery from Vivense



On August 22, 2023, my Vivense wardrobe and bed base were delivered to Ceva Logistics. I was supposed to get the package between August 29 and September 4, 2023. Ceva, on the other hand, claimed that one of the ten packages that were supposed to be delivered was stuck at the transfer center in Bursa, and they finally delivered my order yesterday, albeit incomplete, due to my insistence. They didn't give me any documentation proving I got the missing piece. They hurried out, as if in a hurry. Is it really this long for an item, especially a missing piece, to travel from Bursa to Istanbul? I'm not sure how it got lost. But I'm not going to let this go.
