Ceva Logistics Fail to Deliver on Time

On the 22nd, the product arrived at their plant. They say they will deliver it on the 27th. We're only 10 kilometers apart. This is ludicrous. I've never dealt with a worse logistics firm. I've alerted the firm, and I'll return the stuff. This is intolerable! I will take this problem to the Turkish Competition Authority, CIMER, and the Ministry of Transport. It is wrong to inconvenience people. If you can't deliver, don't promise it, and businesses shouldn't cooperate with you! The product's delivery time is extremely long. Ceva appears to be a poor firm. A package has arrived in Edremit (a district). They promise to deliver it within five days. I called the call center, and they were not only unhelpful, but they also insisted on making me wait. I reviewed their online complaints. No one appears satisfied. On the same day, I ordered from another company, and Borusan delivered it quickly. Ceva represents disillusionment and hardship. I've learned it's such a horrible company that I can't even imagine the thing coming in good condition. Sorry, but until the company you work with matches your quality, your customers will be dissatisfied. As a result, I believe it is more acceptable to purchase the goods somewhere rather than waiting 5 days for a damaged one. I also doubt that Ceva Logistics will ship this merchandise. As a result, I'm negotiating with the corporation to return the undeliverable items.
