Ceva Logistics Has Lost My Vivense Furniture Cargo, 12 Days Passed!!
Ceva logistic lost my cargo, it has been 12 days and my cargo is not delivered. The products I bought from Vivense were delivered to Ceva cargo with the tracking code MN025932. The products arrived in my city of residence but are not delivered. When I called and asked, they were waiting for the missing part to arrive because the product that came in 6 pieces came in 5 pieces, I have been calling for days, there is still no news, every time I call, it has been 12 days. The products I bought are furniture. The products I bought for my home for my wedding are close to the wedding date, but there is no product. I expect my cargo to be delivered as soon as possible! If my victimization continues, I will first apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and then I will take this issue to the judiciary!
