On November 19, 2025, I received a call at 13:46 from Ceva regarding the delivery of my product from Vivense, tracking number vd0507706. The delivery agent, calling from the number 0535 441 39**, asked, “I’m bringing your shipment, are you home?” Since I was at work, I told him my mother was at home. When he asked, “Who will open the site gate?” I said I could give him my mother’s number and that he could call her when he arrived at the gate. However, he suddenly raised his voice and replied rudely, “What am I supposed to do with your mother?” When I asked him to watch his tone, he said, “Do you think I have time to deal with you? I call 50 people a day.”
Later, when they arrived at the site entrance, I called back. After informing my mother, I called the delivery agent again and said, “Could you wait a minute or two? They’re coming to open the gate.” He responded sarcastically, “We’re waiting here, get it opened already.” When I told him I was uncomfortable with his attitude and service quality, he began shouting loudly and insulting me. After hanging up, once he went upstairs to the apartment, he told my mother, “Teach your daughter some manners.” He also refused to give his name when we asked.
I am extremely upset and shocked by what happened. This kind of tone and behavior is completely unacceptable. I tried to contact customer service, but could not find any number or channel to report my complaint. I request that the necessary action be taken regarding this employee and that I receive an official apology.
