Ceva Logistics Did Not Pick Up the Damaged Vivense Product I Want to Return
I am trying to return damaged goods that were delivered by Vivense. Vivense works with Ceva Logistics, a company that is nearly impossible to reach. Because of this, I haven’t been able to send the package back. I’ve been stuck with these large boxes in my home for a long time, and it’s honestly embarrassing. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but all I receive are automated replies that lead nowhere. What’s even more frustrating is that after I wrote a complaint on Xolvie, Vivense asked me for a return shipping code—despite the fact that the package has not even been picked up yet.
