In the BDG platform the status of this withdrawal is showing as “complete,” but the money has not been credited to my Airtel Payments Bank account. After noticing that the amount did not arrive, I contacted BDG support, but my issue has still not been resolved and the funds are still missing from my bank account. This situation is causing me serious concern because the platform shows the transaction as completed, yet I have no trace of the money in my bank. I request that my withdrawal of 12,000 be either credited immediately to my Airtel Payments Bank account or that this failed transaction be cancelled and the amount returned to my BDG in‑game balance.
