Ceva Logistics Delivery in Turkey Was Rushed and Unprofessional
I would like to report the issues I encountered during the delivery of my package, which has the tracking number VD0483752, handled by CEVA Logistics in Turkey. Since my residence is located within a gated community, vehicle entry is usually restricted, and I normally receive deliveries at the site entrance. However, the assigned delivery personnel requested that I come all the way to my home to receive the package. Despite informing him that I was on my way, he called me three more times while I was en route, urging me to hurry. This indicates a need for better planning in the delivery process. Additionally, the delivery personnel appeared reluctant to carry the package. Eventually, he brought it to the apartment entrance, left it inside the elevator, and hurriedly left. I believe that a professional delivery service should be more considerate and act with a sense of responsibility towards its customers. To prevent similar incidents in the future, I kindly request that necessary measures be taken to ensure that company employees handle deliveries with more care and prioritize customer satisfaction.
