Ceva Logistics ended up sending my parcel back because they didn't know what they were doing. Can you believe how they just do their own thing without even thinking about what the customer wants? If they can't handle their job, they shouldn't be in this business, stressing people like me out for no reason. It was recently bought from Koctas, Ceva Logistics got it on April 28th, 2023, and delivered it to me on May 22nd, 2023. But they said it was outside their delivery area and just sent it back on May 22, 2023 without telling me beforehand. Apparently, Ceva Logistics couldn't get the package to me on time and didn't keep me in the loop. Koctas is kinda responsible for choosing a bad logistics partner since they're the ones selling the stuff. We shouldn't have to deal with service providers who don't do their job.
