Sürat Kargo Refused to Deliver My Package and Told Me to Pick It Up Myself
My cargo, numbered 17210632227862, was sent to me via Sürat Kargo on 16/10/2024. It was picked up from Bursa to be delivered to my address. However, once it reached Mersin, the destination city, I received a call from the Mersin station agency of the cargo company, informing me that they couldn't deliver the package to my address because they lacked the proper vehicles or means to do so. I was told I would have to pick it up myself from the Mersin station. Saying that they can’t deliver a product to the address, despite bringing it to the destination city, is like admitting they’re unable to do their job but still operating. This is completely unacceptable. Wherever there is an issue with cargo, this company seems to be involved, either failing to deliver or damaging the goods. Such incompetence and unprofessionalism are truly outrageous.
