Ceva Delayed My Three Package Shipment, Left Me Waiting for Delivery
As of today, 20.03.2025 at 10:00 AM, according to the information I received from Ms. Ö**** at Ceva General Directorate, one of my three shipped packages has arrived in Düzce, while the other two are still in Kocaeli Gebze. This means my order will not be delivered to me today either. If I were to cancel the order now, it would be unfair to the seller, as the product is custom-made, and also to the truck drivers and cargo company employees handling the shipment. Why did I have such a negative experience with a shipping company that I now feel compelled to write this? To be clear, if I ever need to ship a large item, I will specifically request sellers not to use Ceva, or I will simply never use this company again. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. Tomorrow, I will be traveling out of town and now have to arrange for a family member to wait at home for the delivery. My package, which should have arrived by now, is still missing. Putting everything else aside, if my shipment arrives 15 days late and is missing any parts, how will I even process a return?
We have not yet received an explanation or a delivery. It seems like you have issues with communication as well as with the delivery time. No one who said they would get back to us has done so yet on your part.

My products have arrived. Thankfully, they arrived in 3 packages. While setting them up, I will check if there are any missing or faulty parts, and if so, a return will be arranged before the time limit expires. Of course, I won't bother with a return unless a very poor-quality material has been sent.
