Ceva Logistics Did Not Come To Pick Up Package
Ceva Logistics failed to pick up the package as promised from my address three times. I am unable to establish a communication channel with them. I requested a refund due to a defective product I purchased from Trendyol. It was stated that Ceva Logistics would arrange a pickup from my address. However, the given time frame has expired twice, and the company has not shown up. I am currently in the midst of the third extended period, and they still haven't collected my package.

Yes, the promise that the package would be picked up from your address "within 7 days" on September 2, 2023, was fulfilled by picking it up twenty-one days later on September 23. What about the issues of not being able to reach your company during this process and the company selling the product not being able to do anything? Is this what logistics service is? Is this what cargo transportation is?
