The product I purchased from Trendyol was mistakenly delivered to someone else due to an error by the delivery company, and in return, I received another person’s product. This cross-delivery was supposed to be resolved, and I returned the item using the return code provided. However, it was again sent to the wrong seller. After multiple attempts and considerable effort over several days, I finally managed to send the incorrect item to the correct seller. Despite this, my refund has still not been processed. I keep being told that I will be contacted or that the issue will be resolved, yet no action has been taken. I am simply requesting a refund for items that were never in my possession.
