Cerebrum IQ Test Charged Me €259.87 Without Consent After €0.99 Trial

I accessed the Cerebrum IQ test through an online page, clearly stating that the test would cost €0.99. Believing it was a one-time fee, I completed the test and provided my bank details solely for this charge. However, I later discovered that €19.99 was being deducted from my account every 7 days, even though I never used the service again or knowingly subscribed to anything.

Without any notification or consent, the company continued to withdraw funds on multiple dates, totaling €259.87. I never authorized these repeated charges, and I was not informed that I would be automatically subscribed.

I demand an immediate refund of the €259.87 taken from my account and the full cancellation of any unauthorized subscription. If my request is ignored, I will pursue this matter legally and exercise all of my rights. Cerebrum, your practices are deceptive and must be addressed.
