Cerebrum IQ Charged Me €19.99 Without Consent After Trial

I signed up for the 7-day trial of Cerebrum IQ, expecting to pay €0.99 as advertised. I authorized that payment, but immediately after, without any permission or additional confirmation, they charged me €19.99! My card was automatically saved to their system without my consent, which is completely unacceptable.
I never agreed to a full subscription—I only wanted to try the service. When I requested a refund, they flat-out refused, saying they couldn’t process it. Instead of resolving my issue, they simply canceled my subscription and kept my money. This is unfair and feels like a scam. Cerebrum IQ, refund my €19.99 immediately! Others, beware—they will charge you without warning!
