Cerebrum IQ Tricked Me With a Trial - Gave No Way to Cancel Subscription

Cerebrum IQ offered a 0.99 cent initial payment for a week access to her full site. This included the IQ test, their brain training games & their several 100's of courses offered. Silly me thought it would be easy to cancel subscription before the offer ran out via the Apple Store (like I have before with other platforms). The difference is/was- there's no way to cancel it!! I did the IQ test and got an ok score but I still fell for this dodgy site!! I've emailed them and emails bounce back. They say use their chat bot which is a dead link and does nothing whatsoever! I've contacted my bank here in Australia (BOQ) and am waiting for a reply and hopefully a resolution. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from what I thought was a fabulous online service. BEWARE!!
