Cerebrum IQ Made an Unauthorized Charge After I Declined Their Membership

Not interested, I registered for Cerebrum IQ's $1.99 trial and carefully ignored their two-week $44.99 membership option. Still, even picking "skip," my card was charged $44.99 for the exactly rejected plan. I emailed customer service right away to fix the problem, only to get an automatic reply saying their price was clear and that refunds are not given. I never agreed to pay the two-week subscription in the first place, hence this argument is ridiculous. Cerebrum IQ seems to be purposefully misleading consumers into unneeded purchases. Although I am waiting for a suitable answer and a refund right now, this process has been really annoying. Nobody should use this service, in my opinion!
