Cerebrum IQ Charged Me Extra After the Test and Made Canceling Difficult

I would totally give this zero stars if I could. I tried the $0.99 IQ test on Cerebrum IQ, thinking it was just a one-time fee, but I ended up getting charged twice for $19.99 each. They didn't give any clear heads-up about these extra charges, which seemed pretty misleading. I tried to cancel, but I found out there was no real way to get in touch with them—no email, just a cancellation bot that didn’t do its job. I tried to find the domain owner to get in touch, but I never heard back from them. It’s really annoying when a service doesn’t clearly show its fees and makes it hard to cancel. I can't suggest this to anyone. If you're thinking about giving it a shot, just make sure to take a look at all the details before diving in.
