I signed up for the $0.99 trial from Cerebrum IQ and deliberately ignored the two-week $29.99 subscription option. My card was promptly charged $29.99 for the identical plan I turned down, nevertheless. When I got in touch with their customer support, I got a prefabricated reply saying their pricing was clear and declining to offer a refund. I never agreed to the $29.99 charge in the first place, hence this justification is absolutely pointless. They seem to purposefully complicate the procedure to force consumers to pay for services they objected to. This is inappropriate corporate behavior, hence I strongly advise everyone not to use Cerebrum IQ. Value your money, hence avoid Cerebrum IQ!
