I Face Victoria’s Secret Order Marked Delivered but Nothing Arrived

On September 6, I placed an order through the Victoria’s Secret mobile app with order number 994QD9848R. Although the order status shows “delivered”, I have not received any products. No tracking number or shipping details were ever provided to me. The delivery address is in Istanbul, and the total amount was ₺5,505, which I paid by credit card.

I contacted customer service regarding this issue, and while they said I would receive a follow-up, no one has reached out since. I’ve never experienced such a problem before, and this is the first time I’ve been left without my order or any communication.

I request that my ordered products be delivered to me as soon as possible and that this issue be resolved promptly.
