Lancome's Faulty Shipping and Irresponsible Customer Representatives



I purchased the Renergie Triple Serum Set and Tonique Confort on 03.11.2023 during Lancome's November Campaign from their Turkish website. The products, delayed due to cargo intensity, were shipped on 10.11.2023 and reached me on 13.11.2023. However, upon opening the package, I discovered none of the items matched my purchase. On 14.11.2023, I contacted customer service, explaining the situation. They suggested a possible cross-shipping error, and later, they assured me that if I returned the incorrect products, they would send my original order. With no delivery note, I filed a petition to report the issue, as instructed. I returned the items, but my correct order was never dispatched. The order status shows "delivered," and there has been no refund. Despite daily calls to customer service, I receive delayed responses, such as "you need to wait; it is being examined." As a loyal member since 2016, this irresponsibility has shaken my trust in the brand. All attached images serve as evidence of this frustrating situation.
