I Used CeraVe Moisturizing Cream and It Severely Burned My Face

Based on its promise of being mild and moisturizing, I used a moisturizer from CeraVe but developed a severe skin reaction that needed several trips to a specialist. The product brought redness, itching, and even peeling skin. I think the labels were imprecise and did not precisely outline how to apply it sensibly for sensitive skin. When I contacted CeraVe customer service, their reaction was contemptuous and they provided no actual remedy or reimbursement for the harm done. My emails went unread. The bad communication and false product labeling of this brand makes me not suggest it. Use their goods with caution!
