I Used CeraVe Moisturizing Cream and It Severely Burned My Face
I purchased a CeraVe moisturizing cream from one of their sellers, trusting the product’s claim that it’s suitable for sensitive skin. However, right after applying it, my face began burning intensely. The reaction was so severe that I’ve had to visit the emergency room twice in two days to get injections for the pain and inflammation. I’m currently awaiting a consultation with a dermatology specialist to assess the damage.
I contacted the seller to inform them about the situation and expected at least a basic acknowledgment or concern. Instead, I was completely ignored. This level of negligence is unacceptable for any brand, especially one claiming to be dermatologically tested and designed for sensitive skin.
What’s worse is that this cream is anything but gentle—it’s filled with harsh chemicals, and based on my experience, it’s not safe for sensitive skin at all. I’m planning to document everything and file a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
They accepted the return even though the product was opened; these are not very soft products for sensitive skin. Thank you...
