I Used CeraVe Moisturizing Cream for Dry Skin and It Made My Face Peel Even Worse

I purchased the CeraVe Moisturizing Cream based on my doctor's recommendation for my dry skin, trusting the brand’s reputation. However, instead of providing hydration, the product made my condition significantly worse. My skin began to flake severely, especially on my face—there are now visible dry patches and peeling areas that weren’t there before. I expected relief and nourishment, but all I got was disappointment and damage.

I was sincerely hopeful this cream would help restore my skin’s moisture, but it seems to have had the opposite effect. I paid good money believing this was a dermatologist-backed product, only to end up with a more irritated, painfully dry face. It feels like my skin is shedding.

This experience has completely shattered my trust in the brand. I’m urging the company to take responsibility and refund the amount I spent, as I will never use or recommend this cream again. Please stop risking people's health with such misleading products.
