White Out Survival Charged Double and Banned My Account After Refund

I purchased two packages in White Out Survival, but my card was charged for four packages. After disputing the extra charges, two refunds were issued, but my account was then banned. I later discovered this has happened to other players as well.

The system often displays error codes when trying to make purchases, and the support team is unresponsive in resolving these issues. This experience has completely discouraged me from playing the game, and now no one I know is purchasing packages because of the lack of trust. I demand my account be reinstated and that the developers address these payment errors and provide proper support to players. This situation is unacceptable.
