On May 2, 2025, I purchased a 2=3 package deal in Garena Free Fire, expecting to be charged only once as intended. However, I was shocked to discover that I was charged twice for the exact same package, with a total amount withdrawn from my mobile bill reaching ₺2076.58. This is absolutely unacceptable.
I have all the transaction receipts and payment records to prove these duplicate charges. Either deliver the equivalent in-game value for the extra payment or refund the unauthorized amount immediately. This isn’t just a technical issue—it’s a breach of trust.
I urge Garena to check their transaction logs from May 2, 2025, and the range between July 6-8 to verify what happened. This is money taken from my account without justification, and I demand a swift resolution. Don’t make your loyal users chase down refunds that shouldn’t have been necessary in the first place.
