Century Games Banned My Whiteout Survival Account After I Requested a Refund by Mistake

I’ve been playing Whiteout Survival by Century Games and have spent real money on the game multiple times with no issue — until now. Recently, my young nephew accidentally made an in-game purchase on my account. As soon as I noticed, I requested a refund for that mistaken transaction. What did Century Games do in response? They refunded the amount, but then restricted my account!
This is incredibly unfair. When I was spending money on the game, everything was fine. But the moment I asked for a single refund for an accidental purchase, my account got punished. How is that just? I’ve invested in this game, and now I’m locked out with no explanation.
To make matters worse, I’ve reached out to the support team, but they won’t respond at all. I’m demanding that my account be restored immediately. This kind of treatment toward loyal players is unacceptable.
