My daughter accidentally purchased a package in Whiteout Survival by Century Games, so I requested a refund. Not only was the refund denied, but my account was restricted as a result. This approach feels completely unfair. Restricting an account over a simple mistake, especially when prior purchases were problem-free, is unjust. I urge Century Games to lift the restriction on my account and respond to my support request promptly.
