Restore My Whiteout Survival Account After Denied Refund for Accidental Purchase
My daughter accidentally purchased a package in Whiteout Survival by Century Games, so I requested a refund. Not only was the refund denied, but my account was restricted as a result. When I previously spent money in the game, there were no issues, but now, due to an accidental purchase, my account is punished without any support from the team.
This approach feels completely unfair. Restricting an account over a simple mistake, especially when prior purchases were problem-free, is unjust. I urge Century Games to lift the restriction on my account and respond to my support request promptly.
