Purchased Two PUBG Accounts – One Banned, Other Won’t Open!



I recently purchased two PUBG accounts, but both are completely unusable. One account is banned, and I can’t log into it at all. The other won’t open, no matter what I try.
I paid for fully functional accounts, yet I can’t access either of them. This is completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate resolution—either fix both accounts so I can use them or issue a full refund for my purchase.
Please respond as soon as possible, as I expect this issue to be handled quickly and professionally. I’m waiting for a prompt resolution—I shouldn’t have to chase down support for something I already paid for! Fix this now!
