Century Games Restricted My Whiteout Survival Account After a Refunded Purchase
I have been playing the game Whiteout Survival for 1.5 years. On April 1st, a friend of mine, who doesn't know the game, accidentally purchased a package. I immediately requested a refund. Around the same time, I received a message from Century Games customer service advising me to report the situation. So, I explained what happened and mentioned that the purchased package had been refunded. Despite this, they told me that my game account was restricted. Everything is fine when we make a purchase, but when a single mistake happens, is this really how it should be handled? They themselves make frequent mistakes. This situation has been very upsetting for me.
